All our translation services are carried out by professional translators and linguists with experience in the relevant field, reviewed by skilled editors and proofreaders and then given ‘final eye’ quality assurance by our project managers. Our team members are dedicated to this line of work; your document will be in good hands.

The base translation unit is a source word; it is multiplied by our rate per word in your language combination to arrive at your quote. We will need to see your document in order to commit to the project and provide your quote. If the source document is not editable for whatever reason and an accurate word count is not possible, a best guesstimate will be provided and the Purchase Order will be updated with the final word count from the target document.

All our quotes are provided in CAD or USD.

Short answer: often 2 business days. Long answer: Urgent, same-day, 24-hr and weekend projects are cheerfully accepted, often at regular rates. Turnaround time will vary depending on volume of words, language combination, certification requirements, type of document, field of expertise, and variables over which you may not have any control, such as the quality of the source document (squinting due to low legibility takes up additional time). Bottom line: Send us your document for a free accurate quote.

We accept files in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat (PDF), and links directly to HTML files. You can send us your document via e-mail, fax, regular mail or courier.

Once we receive confirmation that you are satisfied with the delivered product, we will send you our invoice – and you will have 30 days to complete the payment via check in CAD or USD, e-transfer or PayPal. On very large projects and only with new clients, we occasionally request a down payment.
